Return & Refund Policy:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from PaydensPlace. Please contact our Customer Service team by submiting an inquiry under the Contact Us tab and we'll get back to you within 24hrs.

Shipping:

• Once you've placed your order, it will ship in 3-5days
• Subscription orders renew on the 21st of each month so your bag will arrive by the 1st of the following month. 

Cancellation:

• Subscriptions automatically renew on the 21st of each month. You must cancel your subscription service prior to that date to avoid being charged for the next months bag. 
• We offer one time purchases as well as subscription services. You can cancel at any time.
