Why do you wait to reveal the contents of your bag until the 1st of the month?

Through all of our research, we found that one of the biggest perks for teens, preteens and even adults, is the surprise factor when receiving their bag.

Are there any contracts or obligation if I choose the "recurring monthly" option?

There are NO contracts or obligation and you can cancel any time prior to the 21st of the month to avoid being charged for the next months bag.

Why do you automatically charge my credit card on the 21st of each month and not on the 1st of each month?

One of the biggest complaints that we've heard from customers who have used other subscription services is that they receive their bag midway through or even at the end of the month. How would you like to receive your Valentines Day, Christmas or Easter bag for example after the holiday has passed?
